If you are interested in studying Post-16 at Barclay Academy Sixth Form, then please look at the subjects we currently offer below:

Key Stage 5 (Y12 and Y13)

We offer a broad range of subjects that cater to all students, preparing them fully for their next steps in education.

We invite students to apply for one of three pathways: 

• A level pathway ( Study 3 A-levels )
• Combined pathway  ( Study 2 BTEC’s and 1 A-level )
• BTEC pathway (Study 3 BTEC’s)

All of these pathways can lead to a place at university, and we will help students pick the pathway which is right for them to ensure that they achieve the best possible grades. Any students who have not yet achieved a 4 in either English Language or Maths GCSE will receive timetabled lessons to prepare them to retake this qualification.
